This section explains which trackers are used, for what purposes, within which services, and how you can exercise your choices in accordance with applicable regulations.
ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITION
A cookie, or tracking cookie, is a small file containing information that is stored on your browser each time you visit our Site.
The purpose of cookies is to keep track of your activity on our Site so that, on subsequent visits, the Site can identify you and tailor its content to your browsing habits, identity, and preferences.
A cookie is harmless and contains no malicious or harmful code (e.g., viruses, Trojan horses, worms, etc.) that could damage your device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). However, it does have some impact on your right to data protection, as it collects certain information about you (browsing habits, identity, preferences, etc.). It does not, however, allow direct access to the data stored on your device.
ARTICLE 2 - CONSENT MANAGEMENT
On your first visit to the Site, an information banner will appear allowing you to:
accept all cookies;
refuse non-essential cookies;
customize your choices by cookie category.
Your choice is saved for a maximum of 6 months, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time by following the steps described in Article 5 of this policy.
Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the Site are not subject to your consent.
ARTICLE 3 – GENERAL INFORMATION ON COOKIES
3.1. The different types of cookies
There are five types of cookies:
Technical cookies: These are the most basic cookies. They allow users to navigate a web page, platform, or application and use the various options or services available, such as controlling data traffic and communication, identifying the session, accessing secure areas, remembering order details, completing the order purchase process, registering for or participating in an event, using security features while browsing, storing content for video or audio playback, or sharing content via social networks.
Personalization cookies: These allow users to access the service with certain predetermined general characteristics based on a series of criteria related to the user's device, such as language, browser type, regional settings, etc.
Analytical cookies: These cookies allow their owner to track and analyze user behavior on the websites to which they are linked. The information obtained with these types of cookies is used to measure the activity of the website, application, or platform, as well as to develop user browsing profiles for that website, application, or platform, in order to implement improvements based on the analysis of user data.
Advertising cookies: These cookies allow for more effective management of advertising spaces included by the publisher, if applicable, on a web page, application, or platform from which the requested service is provided, according to criteria such as the content displayed or the frequency of advertisements shown.
Advertising targeting cookies: These cookies allow for more effective management of advertising spaces included, if applicable, by the owner on a web page, application, or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies record information about user behavior, obtained by continuously observing their browsing habits, which allows for the development of a specific profile to show advertising based on that profile.
3.2. First-party and third-party cookies
